Wayne Sherriff is an internationally qualified management consultant and a qualified lead auditor for multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. He began his career in 2002 as a project manager implementing ISO management systems at one of South Africa's largest ISO consultancy firms, where he discovered his passion for the field. Within two years he was promoted to General Manager and Head of Operations, at the age of 26.

His professional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, alongside several qualifications in Project Management and Business Administration. In 2004, Wayne's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own ISO consultancy. Over the past two decades he has implemented over 250 management systems and consults for more than 150 certified companies.

A qualified international auditor, he audits management systems across quality, environmental, health and safety, information security and medical devices. For the past two years he has focused on assisting organisations globally with their certification requirements, ensuring they receive value-added, internationally accredited certifications.

Prathik Sewgoolam brings a rich combination of engineering acumen and financial expertise to Savant. Born in South Africa, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand.

He has more than 12 years of experience across the engineering, construction and financial sectors in South Africa and the USA, with a proven track record in project management at corporate executive level. He has successfully raised two startups in the renewable energy sector and has led teams in private equity and leveraged finance.

Prathik's multidisciplinary perspective, combining technical delivery with entrepreneurial and financial strategy, anchors Savant's financial direction.
